i agree with you and there are places that they can get help. non profits , churches county social services, i have found that they have money and most do not want to spend it as long as they can get some of your money and usually it is for drugs or booze. i am not stereotyping, most of the people i see asking for money and when they get it they go straight to the store for booze, cigs and not for food. i have even have seen the people out with kids to make people feel sorry for them. i tell them where they can get help and it goes in and out of their ears and keep begging.
