While some are legit, most are scams to get access to your account or to your credit card.

However, even if I knew 100% that a site for powerlevelling was legit, I still wouldnt do it for 2 reasons:

1) Its against the TOS. Blizz can ban your account for cheating if you are caught. Worth it? I dont think so. :p

2) I%26#039;ve run into people who have obviously bought their toons off ebay or been powerlevelled....and they SUCK. HARD. Part of levelling up is learning how to play your toon...and if someone does that for you you wont know how to play - your first raid invite will be your last.

I really, REALLY wouldnt do it. Just quest - its faster levelling than grinding - and make sure you log out in an inn for the rested XP bonus. Also, if $ is a problem take 2 gathering professions like mining and skinning or herbing and skinning - dont buy gold either for the same reasons (agasint the TOS , and prolly a scam too).

If you just dont think you can do it on your own, there are levelling guildes you can buy using secure payment like paypal that have been customized to each class. If youre that desparate, buy one of those.

Its take like 1 month of serious playing to get to 60th. I wouldn%26#039;t trust farming site. Stop being lazy and play the game your paying for. On top of that they will have not only your account information, they will have your CC number too.

agreed. giving your account info and credit card info to another company means a) they can probably take over your account (steal it from you) whenever they want

b) blizzard can ban you and your account, preventing you from taking advantage of the services anyway if they find out.

it%26#039;s a game anyway, it%26#039;s meant to have fun while playing it. there%26#039;s more to the game than end game (i%26#039;ve actually gone and started leveling new characters again after playing end game for the last couple of years. it%26#039;s been refreshing and fun again)

not to mention, people who do play end game have little to no respect for level 70%26#039;s who have no idea how to play their characters, especially if it%26#039;s because they never played their characters up to 70.

It is not worth it. With the changes Blizzard implemented with patch 2.3, it is now EXTREMELY easy to level from 20-60. The hardest part of it will be making sure to level your professions since you will level your character so fast. Make sure to keep them up to speeed too. Once you hit 58, head to outlands. You will find it will take awhile to go from 60-70, in fact, almost as long as it takes you to go from 20-60, but the journey is a lot of fun.

you have to give your credit card number and then you have to give them access to your account and they play your toon for you to get it to lvl 70. so many bad things there, i wouldn%26#039;t trust anyone with mine.

Powerleveling (paying somebody to level your character) is against Blizzards TOS. They have gotten very good at catching this and will ban your account. Not only would this cause you not to be able to access any character on the account, but it would also waste the money you had spent.

If for some reason Blizzard doesnt catch you, the powerleveling company could outright steal your account or hack it at a later time. The sites that facilitate this sort of thing are often loaded with keyloggers so even just visiting them could have negative results. No powerleveling company is safe.

If you value your account, I would refrain from this activity.
