I just spent 4 hours putting all the files I needed in my website for a forum. AND NOW I FIND OUT IT DOESN%26#039;T ALLOW FREE ACCOUNTS TO USE PHP! so please, I BEG OF YOU! tell me how I could register it for free. I am 15 years old so I don%26#039;t have money, a job, or any type of crediting. so please, I dont care how illegal it is, just tell me how. I use torrents for gods sake, you think I care if I do sumthin illegal?
